Beeldig: Het gezicht van Tilburg Noord

‘Beeldig’ (Dutch for ‘picture perfect’) is a series of portraits of people from Tilburg-North. A precious, colourful neighbourhood that has much beauty to offer. Taking a constructive approach, Journalism students Ines van den Adel and Sophie Kerkhof - in collaboration with FASHIONCLASH - investigated what influence journalists can have on societal change

By diving into the neighbourhood, they want to contribute to this change, instead of just documenting it. To get to know the people of North as well as possible, the duo started a conversation with them. This led to the most beautiful, profound, funny, and emotional stories.
